The Cayman Islands Court of Appeal sits 4 times a year. Our team often appear here to argue both Criminal and Civil Cases. We initially advise clients on the merits of an appeal, we carefully review judgments, legal arguments and transcripts and give honest and fair advice to our clients.

We have also been instructed to appear in the Privy Counsel and were the only Judicial Review matter to be heard in Grand Cayman when the JCPC sat for the first time in history in an Overseas Territory. This has been described as a 'monumental occasion, which highlighted the further importance of the case bought by the Appellant (who instructed Samson Law) regarding the Bill of Rights and the controversial issues regarding Close Material Procedures.'

If you feel that there has been an error in your case please contact us and we will provide further information about timelines, estimates and merits.
