Shelly is a highly experienced practitioner and litigator, joining Samson Law with over 16 years of experience behind her. Her practice places an emphasis on Family Law, an arena in which she has considerable experience and demonstrated success.
Shelly approaches all cases with empathy and dedication. She is passionate about helping her clients navigate complex Family Law matters, including pre- and post-nuptial agreements, divorce and separation proceedings, financial considerations, custody matters, and property settlement.
Shelly graduated from the University of London in 2006 with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons). She began practising in Trinidad and Tobago after her admission to the Supreme Court of Judicature there in 2009, followed by her move to Cayman and subsequent admission to the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands in 2022.
